Get to Know Elizabeth
Elizabeth Ortiz is a former educator with leadership and creative production experience. She traded lesson planning and leading team meetings for raising a neurospicy family and learning to stay calm during bedtime negotiations. As a mom of three boys, including a set of twins, she’s an expert at turning the whirlwind of parenting into opportunities for connection and growth. Now a parenting coach, Elizabeth draws on her rich background, personal experience, and superpower—deeply connecting with people—to help parents and educators guide children with more joy and less stress.
An ADHDer recovering from time blindness and emotional rollercoasters, Elizabeth knows firsthand how hard it can be to keep it all together (especially when time moves faster than you can find your keys). She weaves neurobiology and attachment science into her approach, helping caregivers self-regulate, understand child development, and do the inner work needed to meet their kids' needs. Her mission is to help both parents and educators feel confident, build stronger bonds, and create environments where connection, trust, and peace thrive—and, with practice, tantrums (both the kid and grown-up kind) happen a whole lot less..
